It will fit a toddler sized 12-18 months. There are no shoes/booties/socks that come with this. My daughter just wore tennis shoes with this last year. It is a heavy weight material, but I recommend your little one wearing a onesie underneath because material is mildly itchy inside. It is in EXCELLENT USED CONDITION! Only worn once. No damage of any kind. LIKE NEW! Length from shoulder to end of costume is 26 inches. 12 inches across the chest area. For approximately 24 inches around. The costume is a one piece costume that zips up from the front. The head is attached and is basically Elmos top portion of his head. Your little one will look so adorable!
