Up to 60 lbs or so. (Might fit a smaller 8 year old?) It is size medium 8-10. Rubies is the vendor of this item. My son wore this the past two Halloweens and has now outgrown it or else he'd want to wear it again. It has only been worn those two times. It is now carefully packed away in it's original packaging. It is in VERY GOOD USED CONDITION. The costume is 4 pieces all still in the original packaging, which will be sent along with your purchase for easy storage. It includes a tunic, pants, plastic belt (which was not used), and a fabric belt (which keeps the tunic from flapping around). On the right side along the seaming the maufacturer did not seam it together properly therefore I had to reinforce it myself with some handstitching done from the inside.
